2. Order Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment of applicable charges (including advance shipping in case of COD).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will notify you in such cases.

3. Shipping Policy

• Flat rate shipping is charged at ₹400 for small boxes and ₹600 for big boxes.
• For orders with multiple products, the higher applicable shipping rate (₹400 or ₹600) is charged.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• COD orders require advance payment of shipping charges.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No returns or refunds are accepted for any product once sold.
• Please ensure you choose the correct part for your vehicle before ordering.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof for consideration.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use of our products.
• Always consult a professional mechanic for fitting and compatibility.
