1. Standard Policy: No General Returns or Refunds
At Purjah, we deal in specialized body parts for bikes and scooties. Due to the customized and technical nature of these products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of compatibility or change of mind.

  • No refunds will be provided once the order has been placed and confirmed.
    We strongly encourage customers to verify product compatibility and specifications before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance prior to ordering.

2. Exception for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and will provide a refund or replacement only under the following specific condition:

  • You received a product that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered).

To be eligible for a return under this exception, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and repackaged in all original packaging, including any labels, tags, and wrapping.

  • You must provide clear photos and your order details for our assessment.

3. How to Initiate a Return for a Damaged/Incorrect Item

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (We are closed on Sundays and public holidays).

Upon receiving your call, we will guide you through the verification and return process. Returns will not be processed without a valid return authorization obtained by calling the number above.

4. Assessment & Resolution
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement, at your discretion. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
